Who are Olive Gardens in Akbuk?
Olive Gardens in Akbuk was developed by a three way partnership under the name of Boder Insaat Ltd. Boder is made up of:

Mehmet Yurdakul of Yurdakul Insaat (Green Park complexes in Altinkum)
Senol Celik of Golden Sun Homes
All three partners have worked closely together on the Olive Gardens in Akbuk project since the land was first purchased back in 2004. No other companies, landowners, construction companies or any other claimants are involved with Olive Gardens in Akbuk in any way whatsoever.
Olive Gardens is also managed by Boder Insaat. The annual maintenance is £400. This is a non-profit service operated by the developers to ensure that the site is maintained to a high standard.
There are several agents purporting to sell Olive Gardens, but not all are genuinely approved Olive Gardens agents. This site is the only true approved Olive Gardens website. If you are talking to another agent about Olive Gardens but are not sure of they truly represent us, do let us know and we will tell you if they are approved or not.
